2019 Taiwan Tou Cheng town bicycle race Event Leaflet
Tou Cheng town was one of the prosperous town before in Yilan and there are lots of historic buildings spreading around the town. People who participate in the bicycle race can see the beautiful view while riding the bicycle. The route is flat and no obvious pot hole. The race includes 40km group , 75km group and 103km group.

※An UHF RFID antenna mat is installed to replace manual markers for timing purposes (please refer to “Timing Tag installation” web page for installing you RFID Tag on you shoes properly); All participants must pass the UHF RFID antenna mat when the gun is fired at the designated starting time. The UHF RFID antenna mat will be removed within 10 min after the gun was fired to start the race; If the participants do not pass the UHF RFID antenna mat within 10 minutes, or passed it earlier the designated starting time, the Event Officer is entitled to restrict their start or invalid the timing result.

- Note:
- The Health & Fun Run group is not divided into groups, only male and female. Parents under the age of 12 are required to attend. The Health & Fun Run group route is subject to military base. Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao people are not allowed to apply. Foreigners are required to provide relevant information for military inspection. On-the-spot inspection on the day of the competition, after confirming identity, they will be sent to the identification bracelet before you go inside the military base.
- Participants who have completed their applications will not be allowed to change names, participating item, clothing size or request a refund.
To maintain event quality, the system will keep processing applications until the quota has been filled. Please take note that overdue payments will result in automatic cancellation of participant’s application without any objection.
